POSITION DEFINITION:

Under the general supervision of the Bond Office Supervisor, the incumbent of this position conducts Pre-Trial Release interviews to make recommendations regarding release of arrested persons charged with state, felony and misdemeanor offenses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Any combination of training, education or experience which demonstrates the potential ability to perform the duties of the position which must include a BA or BS Degree in Criminal Justice or closely related field. Two to three years of experience in a criminal justice agency preferred. Must be at least 21 years and pass background check for addition to the Court’s bond insurance.
