Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests, ensuring total guest satisfaction
  • Oversee staff and operations, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and supplies
  • Provide floor coverage as needed
  • Coordinate with hotel departments and delegate administrative tasks
  • Organize department activities through checklists, seating charts, and centralizing information
  • Staff outlets based on hotel needs and management directives
  • Plan forecasts, budgets, and employee needs; promote sales
  • Control product and service quality, maintenance, payroll, and costs

  • Intervene or fill in for staff when necessary
