The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an inspirational Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of Sales Associates, helping drive sales, service and store operations to meet targets in a fast-paced cosmetics environment.

You will coach and develop staff, manage inventory and cash handling, and deliver personalized service in a prestige beauty setting. This is a store-based, full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
Support Store Manager to drive store performance and customer experience.
Ensure accurate inventory management and cash handling procedures.
