Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets in a fast-paced cosmetics retail environment.

Candidates should have proven supervisory, coaching and retail operations skills with a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably cosmetics.
• Ability to coach and mentor team to hit sales and service targets.
• Experience with retail operations including inventory and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events.
• Experience with POS software and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
• Support Store Manager in daily store operations and team development.
• Drive high standards of customer service and store presentation.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory and cash handling; manage registers during shifts.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute promotions and events.
