Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an inspirational Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing our team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, service and operational targets.

Candidates should have proven supervisory and retail operations experience gained in a fast-paced cosmetics environment, with a passion for coaching others and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales targets
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets
