Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an inspirational Assistant Store Manager to lead and coach a team of Sales Associates in a prestige beauty store.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in cosmetics retail, a passion for coaching others, and the ability to meet sales and operational targets while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Proven supervisory and coaching ability to develop a team.
• Experience in retail operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Familiarity with retail POS software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve targets.
• Support Store Manager to manage sales, customer service and operations.
• Ensure proper store operations, scheduling and cash handling.
