Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to drive sales in the prestige category. You will engage guests, assess needs, and help them choose color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance while upholding store standards and policies.

In this role, you will perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, support in-store events, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to deliver a premier guest experience in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests.
• Assist guests in selecting prestige cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Support in-store events and book appointments to drive guest experience.
• Maintain store standards, replenishment and compliance with policies.
