Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will engage guests to assess needs and assist with product selection while upholding store standards and contributing to events and promotions.

You will support the Sales Manager by focusing on service, guest experience, and process adherence, while maintaining knowledge of industry trends and product benefits to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty and omni-channel sales.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service with a guest-friendly environment and personalized recommendations.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for, and support the execution of, services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about new trends and products to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
