Job summary

Ulta Beauty in the United States is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by guiding guests to the right prestige products and services. You will support the Sales Manager through guest engagement, product demonstrations, and in-store events while maintaining store standards, replenishment, and knowledge of trends.

The role requires a passion for beauty, excellent communication, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships;

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive prestige product sales by greeting guests and recommending tailored beauty solutions.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations to enhance guest experience.
• Assist with in-store events and product demonstrations to boost sales and guest engagement.
• Maintain store standards, replenish stock, and communicate promotions and services to guests.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
