Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category—color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance—by engaging guests and guiding product selections. You will support the Sales Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and executing in-store events.

The role requires passion for the beauty industry, outstanding guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge. Availability for a flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet, engage, and assist guests, recommend products and inform about promotions and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed about trends and product benefits to better assist guests.
