Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and assisting in selecting prestige cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. The role supports the Sales Manager through emphasis on service, guest experience, events, and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for prestige products, guest service, and selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals in prestige category and brand sales.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book and support services and in-store events.
• Maintain store standards and stay informed on industry trends.
