You will lead by example, coach the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service, and handle essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation, including rota-based opening and closing shifts. Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory or lead role in retail is a plus.
