Qualifications

• Retail experience in cosmetics or luxury retail desired.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to meet targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example to provide outstanding customer service and drive sales.
• Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation and manage opening/closing on a rota.
• Assist in scheduling and supervising a sales team during shifts.
