Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. You will lead by example, coaching the sales team to meet targets and maintain luxurious guest experiences.

You will also handle essential cash reconciliation tasks and participate in opening and closing the store on a rotating schedule, contributing to a boutique environment that reflects prestige brands.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience within cosmetics industry.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to meet sales targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and daily cash handling tasks.
• Assist with opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members to improve performance.
