Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Lead by example and model essential behaviors for the sales team.
• Carry out essential cash reconciliation tasks.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.

Skills

Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics

Ability to provide inspirational customer service

Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring

Experience with retail point-of-sale software
