Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license may be required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales in the prestige category.
• Provide exceptional guest service including greeting, personalized recommendations, and promotions.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book and support services and in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed on trends and educate guests on products and benefits.
• Maintain attendance and store standards.
