Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; cosmetology license may be required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred, especially in prestige cosmetics or beauty retail.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills; ability to drive sales while delivering a premium experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests in prestige category to assess needs and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations with guests.
