Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology, esthetician, or demonstrator's license where required by state law
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience preferred
• Demonstrates a passion and significant competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to prestige category and brand sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, and informing guests of promotions and services.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Book appointments for, and support the execution of, services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Maintain the prestige work area replenished, signed and faced, and testers maintained in hygiene standards.
