Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to engage guests, determine their needs, and assist with the selection and purchase of prestige cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance in Monroe, GA.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations, support in-store events, and maintain an inviting, well-stocked sales floor while delivering exceptional guest service and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for prestige product, guest service, and selling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Cosmetology license where required by state is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales goals in the prestige category.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book and support services and in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Maintain store standards, replenish testers, and stay informed on trends.

Education

High school diploma preferred

Cosmetology license (where required by state)
