Job summary

You will uphold store standards, train on prestige brands, and collaborate with the team to drive guest loyalty and sales goals. Flexible schedule with weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant retail experience preferred
• Cosmetology license or state requirements

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty including credit, retail shrink and omni-channel sales, with a focus on prestige and iconic brands.
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging them, personalizing service, recommending products, and informing about promotions and events.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest service.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events delivering on prestige and iconic brand sales goals.
• Stay informed about new industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
