Job summary

This role supports the Sales Manager with service, events, and guest relations, requiring passion for beauty, excellent guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge and build relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• Experience in prestige beauty or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet and engage guests, and suggest products and services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and skincare analysis for guests.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to assist guests.
