Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Charlottesville is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding purchases of color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.

The role supports the Sales Manager and focuses on service, guest experience, and brand standards. It requires passion for the beauty industry, exceptional service, and the ability to learn product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales in the prestige category.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and inform guests of promotions and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
