Qualifikationen

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator's license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

• Engage guests to determine their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to drive sales and guest service.
• Demonstrate prestige products and services; support in-store events and makeover sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, campaigns, and brand training to enhance guest experience.
• Keep the sales floor organized, replenished, and compliant with store standards.
