Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize prestige category sales and engage guests with personalized service in-store. You will demonstrate makeup, skincare, and fragrance products, guiding guests to ideal selections while upholding store standards and brand partnerships.

You will support the Sales Manager through service excellence, events, and ongoing product training, contributing to guest satisfaction and team performance in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology license or demonstrator’s license as required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals in prestige category and brands.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize recommendations.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and products to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and store standards.
