Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Cary, NC is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor who will maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and guiding product selections.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations, book services and in-store events, and help maintain tester areas and store standards while delivering outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology/esthetician license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Passion for prestige products, guest service, and selling with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to prestige sales and guest loyalty while meeting store goals.
• Greet guests, assess needs, recommend prestige cosmetics, skincare and fragrance.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analyses and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive guest experience and sales.
• Maintain stock, replenish testers, and uphold store cleanliness and procedures.
