Job summary

Ulta Beauty seeks a Prestige Beauty Advisor in Utah to maximize prestige sales by engaging guests and guiding them to color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance products. You will support the Sales Manager with events and guest experience while maintaining store standards.

Required are a high school diploma (cosmetology license preferred) and about 1 year of relevant retail experience, plus strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexible scheduling required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for prestige category and services.

• Maintain store standards, merchandise displays, and cleanliness.
• Support Sales Manager and participate in training and events.
