Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. seeks a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize prestige category sales by engaging guests and guiding them to ideal color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance selections. You will maintain store standards, support events, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include makeup applications, product demonstrations, and collaborating with the Sales Manager to drive performance while keeping the guest experience at the forefront. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Passion and competency for prestige products and guest service.
• Able to build strong customer relationships and sell products.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Maximize sales in prestige category by engaging guests and recommending products.
• Provide exceptional guest service, demos, and makeovers as needed.
