Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion and significant competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting guests, personalizing service, and informing guests of promotions and services.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed on new beauty trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business.
