Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for prestige products, guest service, and selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and recommend products to guests.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and skincare analysis for guests.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Maintain replenished, clean, and organized prestige and iconic brand areas.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
