Ulta Beauty in Fresno, CA is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance, while delivering exceptional guest service and product knowledge. You will support the Sales Manager with events and drive outcomes through service and brand education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology license or esthetician/demonstrator license required where state law applies.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and beauty recommendations to guests in the prestige category.
• Demonstrate products, perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events while maintaining store standards and signage.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenishment of prestige and iconic brand work areas and tester stations.
