Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Pressure Washing Technician to clean and maintain the exteriors of two RaceTrac locations per night, ensuring the highest standards of appearance and safety. The role reports to the Regional Store Manager and requires vigilance in protecting fuel dispensers and customer vehicles during washing activities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, a good driving record, and basic understanding of small engine and pump maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Pressure wash sidewalks and front parking at two store locations per night.
• Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing.
• Operate and maintain company-provided hot water pressure washer.
• Wash underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM.
• Wash other structures on site as directed by the RSM.
• Protect fuel dispensers, vehicles, and customers during washing activities.
• Maintain stock and wear parts to keep washing equipment operable.
• Order and maintain pretreatment chemicals.

RaceTrac Company Overview

Job Description:

The Pressure Washing Technician is responsible for the maintenance and appearance 25 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region. This individual is responsible for pressure washing the high traffic areas of two locations per night and conducting Ad hoc washes as time allows. The Pressure Washing Technician is also responsible for reporting any outdoor lighting maintenance or repairs needed via Service Channel.

The home store for this position is based at “store address”

What You’ll Do:

• Completely pressure wash the sidewalk and front parking places of two store locations per night
• Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing
• Operate and maintain company provided hot water pressure washer
• Wash the underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM
• Wash other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM
• Responsible for the protection of fuel dispensers, customer’s vehicles, and customer safety as related to the washing activities
• Responsible for maintaining stock and installing normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining a stock of pretreatment chemicals

What We’re Looking For:

• 4pm to 12am OR 8pm to 4am
• Sunday - Thursday
• Good driving record
• 2+ years work experience preferred
• Basic understanding of small engine and pump maintenance
