Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Pressure Washing Technician to maintain the appearance of 25 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region. This role cleans two store locations per night and reports outdoor lighting maintenance needed via Service Channel to keep sites safe and inviting.

The home store is based at 6803 Conway Rd, Orlando, FL 32812. Based at Orlando, FL, you will operate and maintain a hot water pressure washer, protect fuel dispensers and customers, and stock pretreatment chemicals.

Qualifications

• Clear driving record required.
• At least 2 years work experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of small engine and pump maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Completely pressure washes sidewalks and front parking areas of two store locations per night.
• Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing.
• Operate and maintain company provided hot water pressure washer.
• Wash the underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM.
• Wash other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM.
• Protect fuel dispensers, customer vehicles, and customer safety during washing.
• Maintain stock and install wear parts to keep washing equipment operable.
• Order and maintain a stock of pretreatment chemicals.

The Pressure Washing Technician is responsible for the maintenance and appearance of 25 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region. This individual is responsible for pressure washing the high traffic areas of two locations per night and conducting ad hoc washes as time allows. The Pressure Washing Technician is also responsible for reporting any outdoor lighting maintenance or repairs needed via Service Channel. The home store for this position is based at 6803 Conway Rd, Orlando, FL 32812.

What You'll Do:

• Completely pressure wash the sidewalk and front parking places of two store locations per night
• Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing
• Operate and maintain company provided hot water pressure washer
• Wash the underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM
• Wash other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM
• Responsible for the protection of fuel dispensers, customers vehicles, and customer safety as related to the washing activities
• Responsible for maintaining stock and installing normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining a stock of pretreatment chemicals

What We're Looking For:

• 4pm to 12am OR 8pm to 4am Sunday - Thursday
• Good driving record
• 2+ years work experience preferred
• Basic understanding of small engine and pump maintenance

• Treats stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing
• Operates and maintains company provided pressure washer
• Washes other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM
• Responsible for the protection of fuel dispensers, customers vehicles, and customer safety as related to the washing activities
• Responsible for maintaining stock and installing normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining a stock of pretreatment chemicals
• Acts as the backup for the PMT position in their absence
• Follow all RaceTrac Safety policies and guidelines
• Ability to lift 50Ibs or more on a regular basis

• Lifting/Carrying: Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 75-100 pounds.
• Push/Pull: Ability to push/pull with up to 100 pounds of force occasionally.
