We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance / Power Washing Technician to join our team. This outdoor, field-based role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives outdoors in various weather conditions, and takes pride in maintaining clean and safe environments.

What You’ll Do

• Perform power washing and cleaning of tractors, trailers, vehicles, sidewalks, entryways, building exteriors, and commercial windows.
• Ensure quality results using proper techniques and equipment.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety procedures.
• Interact professionally with clients onsite, providing excellent service.
• Work independently or with a team to complete assignments efficiently.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
