Position Overview:
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance / Power Washing Technician to join our team. This field-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives outdoors in varying weather conditions, and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform power washing and cleaning of:
  • Tractors, trailers, and other vehicles
  • Sidewalks, entryways, and building exteriors
  • Commercial windows and glass surfaces
• Ensure quality results using proper techniques and equipment
• Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures
• Provide excellent service while interacting with clients onsite
• Work independently or with a team to complete assignments in a timely manner

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience in pressure washing, detailing, or custodial work (preferred)
• Comfort using tablets or smartphones to log work
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
