Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Pressure Washing Technician to maintain the exterior of 25 RaceTrac stores across a designated region, washing two locations per night and handling ad hoc washes as time allows. The role emphasizes safe operation of a hot water pressure washer, proper chemical degreasing, and reporting outdoor lighting or repair needs.

A valid driving record and 2+ years of experience are preferred. Based at the Orlando home store, you will coordinate with the RSM, follow safety protocols,

Qualifications

• Good driving record required.
• Basic maintenance knowledge for engines and pumps.
• 2+ years work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pressure wash sidewalks and front parking at two stores per night.
• Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser.
• Operate and maintain hot water pressure washer.
• Wash the underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM.
• Wash other structures on site as directed by the RSM.
• Protect fuel dispensers, customers and vehicles during washing activities.
• Maintain stock and install wear parts to keep washing equipment operable.
• Order and maintain stock of pretreatment chemicals.

Job description

The Pressure Washing Technician is responsible for the maintenance and appearance 25 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region. This individual is responsible for pressure washing the high traffic areas of two locations per night and conducting Ad hoc washes as time allows. The Pressure Washing Technician is also responsible for reporting any outdoor lighting maintenance or repairs needed via Service Channel. The home store for this position is based at 6803 Conway Rd, Orlando, FL 32812.

What You'll Do

• Completely pressure wash the sidewalk and front parking places of two store locations per night
• Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing
• Operate and maintain company provided hot water pressure washer
• Wash the underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM
• Wash other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM
• Responsible for the protection of fuel dispensers, customer's vehicles, and customer safety as related to the washing activities
• Responsible for maintaining stock and installing normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining a stock of pretreatment chemicals

What We're Looking For

• 4pm to 12am OR 8pm to 4am
• Sunday - Thursday
• Good driving record
• 2+ years work experience preferred
• Basic understanding of small engine and pump maintenance
