Job summary

Tosh Farms is seeking a Power Washer to maintain barns, rooms, and other areas using industrial pressure washing equipment. The role supports a safe, clean, and bio-secure environment in a family-owned operation.

Shifts are 12 hours, with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6am to 6pm at the Herrondale Sow Farm in Henry, TN. At least 18 years old, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, are required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect assigned work areas and report equipment malfunctions, facility damage, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow all company sanitation, biosecurity, and safety procedures.
• Promote and support the company's safety culture.
• Work independently while completing assigned tasks efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Power Washer is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of barns, rooms, hallways, and other assigned areas using industrial pressure washing equipment. This position supports a safe, clean, and bio secure work environment while following company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
