Job summary

PIPESTONE in Norton/Almena, KS seeks a Full-Time Power Washer. Training is provided, no prior experience required, with a pathway for advancement. The role involves operating wash bays, driving trucks in/out, and maintaining equipment with emphasis on biosecurity practices.

Compensation starts at $16.50–$20.00 per hour, plus health insurance, PTO, and a retirement plan. The work environment is active and requires physical movement throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift throughout the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance when needed.
• Weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks in and out of the wash bay.
• Operate pressure washers, soap hoses, and flush hoses.
• Inspect trailers to ensure biosecurity standards are met.
• Perform minor equipment repairs.
• Keep wash bays, offices, and equipment clean and organized.
• Assist with trailer decking replacement and general facility upkeep.
