Job summary

Actalent in the United States is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to design pressure vessels using SolidWorks and Codeware Compress, and to create the required technical documentation and certification packages. You will support the full project lifecycle from concept through manufacturing, collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and compliance.

Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and at least 3 years of design

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of mechanical design experience.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, Codeware Compress, and knowledge of pressure vessel manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design pressure vessels using SolidWorks and Codeware Compress.
  • Prepare technical documentation and certification packages.
