Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• ASME VIII training preferred.
• 3–5 years of mechanical/design experience with pressure vessels.
• SolidWorks production drawings experience.

Aufgaben

• Own technical execution of ASME OSP projects from quotation through design release, supplier build, FAI, and production support.
• Perform and review ASME VIII, Division 1 calculations for shell/head thickness, MAWP, MDMT, nozzle reinforcement, external pressure, openings, and components.
• Create and release SolidWorks models, fabrication drawings, BOMs, weld details, nozzle layouts, tolerances, and GD&T requirements.
• Lead design-for-manufacturing reviews with OSP suppliers for forming, welding, machining, NDE, inspection, testing, and material handling.
• Support PPAP and First Article Inspection through ballooned drawings, critical characteristics, inspection plans, acceptance criteria, and first-article review.
