The Field Technician position is a key role and an integral part of the foundation of our relationship with our guests, owners, and members. You will assist the leaders in appropriate load-out of work vehicle(s) each day. You do your part to make sure all equipment is loaded up and accounted for before leaving the shop or a jobsite. You look for opportunities to increase daily revenue through simple up-sells and additional scheduled work (when ahead of schedule). You eagerly complete all assignments given to you by the leaders such as the Vehicle Appearance Checklist. You seek out opportunities to assist your team by working independently and taking initiative. Every job complete is done with a high standard to ensure every client is pleased with the experience.
