Lakeside Book Company in Willard, OH is seeking a Material Handler to join our pressroom team. You will help move book sections through binding and pressing, maintaining safety and quality standards in a historic bookmaking environment.

The role offers shifting 8‑hour rotations (1st/2nd/3rd) with overtime opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities. A quarterly bonus and attendance rewards are included.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand for an 8‑hour shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn new roles through on‑the‑job training.
• Strong communication and a positive attitude when working with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate stackers and robots to collect, organize, and prepare book sections for the next stage of production.
• Secure gathered book sections with straps to ensure they remain intact during transport and processing.
• Feed materials into binding machines and move finished products from the production line to skids or boxes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols to support our goal of zero accidents.
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals and cross‑train in different roles to expand your skills.
