Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling printed sheets, signatures, and materials on a press or coating line.
• Ability to perform in-process quality checks for print defects.
• Ability to operate hand trucks, dollies, or related material handling tools.

Responsibilities

• Remove, flex, jog, and stack printed sheets and signatures from discharge units.
• Review signatures for issues and notify the Pressroom.
• Move materials from storage to designated areas using pallets, carts, or trays.
• Record counts of moved materials on production sheets.
• Attach labels and identifiers to materials and cases.
• Stock and organize paper stock, signatures, and materials per procedures.
• May operate automated equipment and assist with make-ready of press equipment.
