Double H Plastics, Inc. is seeking a press operator for the 3:30pm–11:30pm shift.

Experience with 40" Heidelberg Multicolor Printing and aqueous coating is preferred, and the role involves following IQMS schedules, matching color to proofs, and performing make-readies efficiently. You will scan pallets into IQMS, maintain paperwork, run and monitor quality checks, maximize production, and perform routine maintenance on the press, while keeping a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with 40" Heidelberg Multicolor Printing and Aqueous Coating preferred.
• Follow and adhere to IQMS schedules.
• Perform quality checks and adjustments.

Responsabilités

• Follow and adhere to the IQMS schedule.
• Match and maintain color to standards or proof.
• Scan all pallets into IQMS when finished.
• Maintain paperwork and documents associated with orders.
• Perform make-readies in a timely manner.
• Run and maintain quality standards throughout production.
• Perform quality checks as needed and make adjustments.
• Maximize production.
• Detail write up of production and notify supervisor of issues.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance of press.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized environment including storage of plates.
• Load and unload the press if the helper is not available.
• All other assigned duties.

Hours: 3:30pm-11:30pm

• Most match and maintain color to standards or proof
• Scan all pallets when finish into I.Q.M.S.
• Successfully maintain paper work and documents associated with order
• Perform make ready’s in a timely manner
• Run and maintain quality standards throughout production
• Perform quality checks as needed and make the necessary adjustments
• Maximize production
• Detail write up of production along with notifying supervisor of any issues
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance of Press
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized environment including the storage of Plates
• Load and unload the press if the helper is not available
• All other assigned duties
