100Hires, Inc. seeks a dependable lithographic printer operator to maintain decor printing quality and run changeovers efficiently. You will work with plates, inks, and materials to ensure consistent output and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Lithographic printing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate lithographic decorating equipment to maximize print quality.
• Change plates, inks, and other materials for production changeovers.
• Monitor print quality and identify material-related issues.
• Document material issues and work toward timely resolution.
• Communicate equipment and production concerns with production personnel and management.
• Perform random quality inspections throughout production.
• Determine production supply needs and secure required materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
