Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Warrenville, IL, is seeking a full-time lithographic decorator/operator to maintain print quality on can decorators. You will change plates and inks for production changeovers and safely operate lithographic equipment to maximize output.

You will monitor print quality, document material issues, and communicate concerns with production staff and management. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Experience with lithographic printing preferred.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate lithographic decorating equipment safely to maximize output.
• Maintain can decorators to ensure optimum print quality.
• Change plates, inks and materials for production changeovers.
• Monitor print quality and identify material-related issues.
• Document issues and work toward timely resolution.
• Communicate equipment and production concerns with team and management.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of production supplies.
