100Hires, Inc. in Geneva, IL is seeking a dependable lithographic decorator to join our production team. This full-time role involves operating decorating equipment, managing changes to plates and inks, and ensuring print quality during shifts that include evenings and weekends.

You will collaborate with production staff, document issues, and help maintain safety and organization on the shop floor. Prior lithographic experience is preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package and long-term

• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate lithographic decorating equipment safely to maximize output.
• Change plates, inks, and materials during production changes.

• Document issues, faults, and production metrics.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist in inventory control of production supplies.
