Magna International's Cosma division is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own end-to-end manufacturing processes in a high-volume environment. You will develop, validate, and continuously improve processes, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while collaborating with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams.

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the end‑to‑end ownership of manufacturing processes. This role ensures robust process development, validation, and continuous improvement from program launch through serial production, guaranteeing safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure safe, stable, and efficient production aligned with quality and cost targets. This position supports production from launch through serial manufacturing, focusing on process performance, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement within a high‑volume environment.
