  • Assist in down day housekeeping responsibilities such as ice blasting of the press and press pit cleanup.
  • Train in operational roles, understanding new processes and ideas, and be able to prove developmental progression.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by leadership team.
  • Work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
