Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read and follow manufacturing instructions, work orders, blueprints, specifications, and quality documentation.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Experience Requirements
  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, chemical processing, coating, painting, or industrial experience preferred but not required.
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to complete quality inspections and accurately document production activities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with limited supervision.
  • Flexible and willing to perform a variety of production-related tasks as business needs require.
  • Availability to work overtime when needed.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods while performing production tasks.
  • Ability to kneel, squat, stoop, bend, and reach as required.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle tools, components, and equipment.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Job Duties
  • Perform a variety of manufacturing processes, including chemical processing, painting, coating, assembly, press setup, and machine operation.
  • Follow manufacturing instructions, work orders, and engineering specifications to produce high-quality aerospace components.
  • Complete required paperwork, production records, and documentation to ensure product traceability and quality compliance.
  • Conduct quality inspections and verify products meet customer and company specifications.
  • Ensure equipment, tools, and materials are used and maintained according to established procedures.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance activities on assigned equipment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and scrap reduction efforts.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow all workplace safety, environmental, and quality policies.
  • Assist with additional production and manufacturing duties as assigned.
