Jobot is seeking an experienced Press Operator to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain analog and UV printing presses while producing high-quality printed products safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and production issues.
• Strong math, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate analog and/or UV printing presses according to job specifications.
• Perform make-ready activities, including registration, color matching, ink mixing, viscosity adjustments, and print quality verification.
• Monitor production runs for quality, color consistency, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot press issues and adjust to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Maintain production records and material usage documentation.
• Support prepress activities and other pressroom operations.
• Work overtime as production demands require.
